Real Connection – One Person At A Time – For All Humanity. Worldwide Peace… it CAN be done. This is how.

The mission of this project is to bring peace, connection and fulfillment to every person in the human family around the world. That would sound like an impossible goal. But we found a way, and it is remarkably simple. 

First… peace, connection and fulfillment comes from inside each of us, not from some external force. Psychology and Religion show us that we ALL develop along the same cycle of eleven stages from birth AND that if you are actively pursuing this development, you will be at peace, have deeper connections to yourself and others, and more fulfillment.

So the key to personal peace is to guide yourself through these natural stages.

Second… imagine if each person who made that journey of personal development helped to mentor just TWO other people (dear friends or family) through the same process, and those people then helped two people, and so on. Just 32 cycles later the whole of humanity would be at peace. (For the nerds out there, it’s a geometric series!).

So the key to worldwide peace, connection and fulfillment is to help yourself, and then help just two other people. Easy enough, right?

Lastly… all the resources you could want for your personal development journey are already out there. Books, videos, podcasts and more from so many amazing authors and thought leaders. This site aggregates these resources into a step by step ROADMAP for personal development, complete with recommended resources, questions to fuel your thinking and practical exercises. There are a few important principles that really make this whole project work…

• It can never be about money. The site and the roadmap are free for anyone to access, and no one may charge their first two students for their mentorship. If you want to mentor professionally after that, that is OK.
• It’s about real connection between real people in the real world. This project will work only when real people make real connections. It’s not about going viral, social media, or regular media. It’s about connecting with real people to make a real difference here in the real world.

This site is here to support and encourage those connections, to help this tree grow. To do that, we created levels of achievement that you can put on your resume, and even use to start a mentoring business, if you want. Certifications are in the works as well!

But by far the most exciting aspect will be watching your tree branch grow and seeing how many people you have helped. You can track your students, and their students, and watch your branch get bigger!

As this is a brand new project, we are looking for people who want to be the roots. Our founder, Kathryn Colleen, is the first root. Her husband, Thomas Messegee is the second root. Will you join us to grow this tree?
